What is your Return Policy and Procedure ?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any unused item (excluding; Janbiyah and Wedding Wear*) within 3 days from the delivery date in a condition that is suitable for resale without removing the price tags with same condition when you received the item.
