If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any unused item (excluding; Janbiyah, Wedding Wear, Men Thobe, and Boy Thobe *) within 3 days from the delivery date in a condition that is suitable for resale without removing the price tags and in the same condition as when you received the item.

• Please note that Men Thobe and Boy Thobe cannot be returned once opened, so we kindly ask our customers to make sure of the correct size before placing the order.
• Return shipping fee is customer’s responsibility.
