What is your Return Policy and Procedure ?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any unused item (excluding; Janbiyah and Wedding Wear*) within 3 days from the delivery date in a condition that is suitable for resale without removing the price tags with same condition when you received the item.

- Return shipping fee is customer responsibility.

- You can start your return process by calling our phone number or please contact our Facebook Messenger for your return.

In order to ensure a smooth and speedy return process please follow the instructions carefully. Once you complete the return form, please locate the nearest USPS office and send it to the return address provided for the US customers.

I cannot see the refund in my bank account. What should I do ?

We make sure all refunds to all our customers are processed immediately once confirmed. If you haven't received your refund within 14 days, please check with your bank first, If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us from our Facebook Messenger or email us at info@yemenusa.com

Can I cancel my order ?
